about me

Caroline Keosaksith grew up in the Bay Area, California, and graduated from Emerson College with a BA in Media Arts Production. Following Emerson’s LA Internship program, she has continued her work in various Art Department and Set Decoration roles for indie shorts, indie features, and TV.

Rooted in her interests in graphic arts and photography, Caroline has developed a passion for the intersection between art and film as a production designer and set decorator. During her time in Boston, she had the opportunity to work on over ten productions, from short films to TV broadcasting. She continues to learn from each individual experience, striving to challenge her creativity and skill as a growing artist.

In her free time, Caroline makes and designs jewelry while managing her Etsy small business, Are We There Yet.

artist statement

My interests in dark and dystopian themes have previously led me to work on a variety of horror and surrealist films. Nevertheless, the ever-expanding spectrum of aesthetics and subcultures continues to motivate and inspire me to diversify and experiment with my work. I believe in the pursuit of creativity within a community that invites self-expression and personal growth through the work we produce. As a collaborative artist who values diverse perspectives, I appreciate the themes and details that build environments and bring visions to life. By challenging and exploring my own skill and creativity through new experiences, I believe in constructing stories inspired by honesty and altruism.
